I just want helmet less soldier for tf2 and hairless demo. Speaking there’s no workshop items that remove demos hat

That's because Demoman's default beanie is modeled on his model, and isn't a prop like other classes. Stylish DeGroot is probably the closest you can get for a hatless Demo cosmetic.
