If you cannot enable this mod read this
"I have subscrbed to this mod, but for whatever reason when I attempt to enable it in the starting menu (Data Files) it tells me I am not subscribed and does not allow me to activate this mod."

Delete all files associated with the mod and unsubscribe (from the start menu, not on the workshop) and then resubscribe to it and you should be fine.
