Works just like the razorback except it's a decal item. (Should use the secondary slot.) (Should cost 1-2 scrap instead of the razorback's half a scrap.)

I've seen countless snipers using the razorback, it would be fun to have a better decal version for 1-2 scrap. But you would still have to get the decal tool or it would stay a kitten. (Which a decal tool might not be needed if the kitten is what the player wanted.)
