Report a translation problem
If this mod is not working then one of three things has happened. Either you did not enable this mod, you enabled this mod but did not start a new run, or you enabled this mod and another mod you use is conflicting with it.
To fix the first one, go to the mod screen ingame and turn on this mod, it will have an X next to each enabled mod, then click "Start a new game with selected mods enabled". The game with then restart and start like normal. Unless you change the mods again you can use the new game button from the main screen after this.
To fix the second one, do what I said in the paragraph above.
Fixing the third one can take more time. I list the only file this mod alters in the description, if your other mods also list the files they alter then just check for the file I alter and you will find your conflict. If they do not list the files they modify then you will need to turn the other mods on one by one until this mod stops working, then you have identified the conflict. After you identify the conflicting mods you need to choose which one you want to use and turn the other one off.
If you can see your healthbar in game then this mod is not working for one of the reasons I listed above.
