Mod needs an addoninfo.txt
I tried using this mod with the Warcelona soccer fans mod, but no matter what I kept getting surgeons and TSA agents instead of soccer fans. After some troubleshooting with the mod author, we narrowed it down to this mod not having an addoninfo.txt file. We believe that because of this, the game will always prioritize this mod for loading.
