I suggest adding some flying units in the future. The easiest one is mount for Voevoda. He shall be able to ride white griffin (the same model as griffins in Empire). I remember these griffins on many old arts featuring Kislev.
The most obvious lore-friendly unit is “hawks of Mishka/Miska”. They were in original mod for TWWH 1 and would fit well in tis mod – harpy-sized retextured wood elven hawks are enough to implement them. Just a small horde of birds.
Katarina shall have ice dragon mount, maybe with winged decorations of saddle and (why not for diversity?) – chainmail armor for dragon (meshes of high elven dragon armor, but replace texture by chainmail texture; armor on legs and chest could be replaced (retextured) to represent magically enhancing bracelets, rings or smth like that).

The Ungol Falconers can summon Hunting Hawks. No need for a separate unit.
Also is their any scope for norse mercs? They definately had trade in places like erengrad and were used as a ships guard when passing through the sea of claws. Obvs these would be the steroid abusing marauders that you see in the armies of chaos. just normal men and women. i think it was an older version of the norse that wasnt tainted by chaos, they set up Norse quarters in a few major trading cities like erengrad and Marineburg.
Without proper animations, no. The old mod was criticised a lot for this.
What do you mean about icons and descriptions? They are correct for me.
