Something called war of the eagles keeps giving -1500 prestige every year to all rulers.

That's very strange- I haven't come across that bug myself. Do you have any other mods enabled?

Hello, it's too late from years but, when I try to play with a character that was modified by ruler editor or if I just choose a ruler of my choice, the button of play becomes grey and when I choose a random character, it loads for 2 min then it leaves the whole game
