Moenji skooma quest

Hello, I can't get the skooma from Moenji (he keeps saying i'm the lord) and i'm wearing the disguise. Anyone know a fix for this?

Go to the tavern and talk to the bartender and buy a disguise from him.

I'm wearing the disguise and its not working

Hit the ` key to go to the console and type in (with out quote marks) "setstage aabalt202 50" and then press ` to exit and that should get you on the the next stage of the quest.
