You need to install original addon and this addon (its just a fix addon and you need to extract both addons in local) then place folders in the fix addon in to original addon then just put in addons folder and play its simple

(The problem with this addon is just a single latter and if you are wondering what is it its LFS flag i think i dont know its a flag or not but since LFS has taken down and LVS published you just need to edit the files in lua/entities/* and change flags/values wich are LFS to LVS) (im sorry for the bad writing im not good at english)
