The mod is being installed in a different folder

On my server the mod is being installed in a different folder (-2112110857) with more does anyone happen?

It happens on my server too, tried everything to fix it and even went as far as contacting my hosting service to see if it is an Ark or server sided issue but it is not - they said the mod is broken, here is screenshot of them also trying to get it to update to the latest version but won't do it https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/480944758034923520/757790765249462282/dragonmodbroken.PNG
