I am still waiting on the event "The Great Schism" and the creation of Catholicism and Christian Orthodox. I am well past the date of the actual event (1054) and it has not occurred, which means that there are zero Catholic and Orthodox territories, and the Papal State has not been created.

Does anyone know what all activates the event? I've looked through the discussions and haven't found an answer.
