Trading Companies in Africa
I cant found trading companies in Africa. Is this meant to be this way?

Yes, Africa has colonial regions instead.

Oh, man, what's the purpose of that? My plan was to conquer the world with trading companies, did I play 1400 years for nothing?! Is there any chance, this can be changed? Maybe in the save games?

It's because historically the colonization of Africa happened more like it did in the Americas than in the Far East. It can only be changed with a sub-mod. I don't know if anyone has made a sub-mod like that.
