Question with the mod
Say if I started at the fall of the Roman Empire. Will the game progress with historical events, tech, and forming of nations? In simpler words, if game is started at early time periods will the mod still have important events, nations, and tech all the way up to present day or is the game locked with the technology and nations from the time period started at.

Neither. Some events will happen, some won't. Some new countries will appear, but not all. Technology advancing does always happen though.
