Client kingdoms
Hello! I started my first game as Parthia and noticed that I had a few client kingdoms. They seem
identical to vassals except they don’t use a diplomatic slot, which is great! But I don’t know how to create more of these or how to annex them. I would appreciate it if someone here could explain client kingdoms to me.

It seems you already got it. Their upside is that they don't take a diplo slot and the downside being that they can't be integrated. Also there is no way to make more.

That's intended? Seems a little wrong that you can never integrate them, even 2000 years later.

You can sort of integrate them by releasing and attacking once the truce is up.
