Mod files
Where can i see the mod files after installing it? And is it enough to change the txt. of example a country to change it in game? It is just for personal use. Thanks in advance.

Mod files are in Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\236850\217416366

For personal use you can edit them any way you want.
