Han China and Collaspe
for some reason with this new version 1.30.4 I noticed that Han China doesn't collaspe or change dynasty in this version it did it back in 1.29.6 is there a random chance of the Han
China collaspe or dyansty change. like Han China didn't collaspe in 220.

Have you tested it in 130.4 version of this mod? does it happen with this patch level.

do you think its another Paradox issue also I noticed with this version Japan didn't form neither didn't rome split.
