Realm Divided Event
How do I avoid the "Realm Divided" event for France? I ended up splitting up into 3 different nations for no apparent reasons. I've also seen other large nations split up into many different nations as well.

That's a special mechanic of the Salic Monarchy government. To get rid of it you need to change government type.

Speaking of, you said you would make it so all the Barbarian Tribes that will initially convert to a Salic Monarchy before being able to reform into a Feudal Monarchy. Any progress on that? I feel it would make the game balance in Europe for long period of time much more realistic, as currently the blobbing is still a huge problem (especially in Europe and India which just get ridiculous)

That's a really easy thing to do and i've done it in my own files. Just go to the ET folder, then the decesions folder and go into reform decesions, after that just change the barbarian reform decesion from Feudal to Salic monarchy and you're good to go

But is there a chance to for example write a command or any event id to return to the old country if any decision is popping up?
