For now I'm pretty sure all mod compatibility issues have been fixed and shouldn't be a problem for the next few years or so, if it doesn ot show up, check if it is enabled on the mod manager menu, if it is, then there could be another mod somehow interfering with it (not sure how) and you could try toggling each one of your mods until it works, If you do find a mod that theoretically should be causing a problem, You can post it here. (I will have to contact the developer to try to find the issue and come up with a solution to fix it.)

I am aware of the scythe / pickaxe turning into the default axe bug.
This was due to an update that changed the behavior of the axe, invalidating my code for the old version of the axe (both objects are based on the axe, because for some reason, when adding a new object, it has to be based on an existing object). Unfortunately, I'm on Linux focusing on other types of software development and I can't currently fix that.
