After I downloaded this, the original model now has skin on his arms!
I'll post a pic in the comments. I want to get rid of this, does anyone else have this problem?

The only way to fix it is by unsubscribing to the addon.

This helped me so much. You cannot believe how much this helped me. It did'nt help me get rid of the bug, but it helped me in so many different, more important ways. May ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) be with you, my friend.

It may be the .GMA file is still in your "addons" folder & causing texture conflicts. I've had items I've unsubscribed to or subscribed items that were removed from the Workshop still leave the .GMA files behind (basically the addon is still there in a sense).

It'll be either one of these two:
tf2_muscly_pyro_215986499.gma
tf2_muscly_pyro_model_215986499.gma

If you have absolutely no idea how to find your "addons" folder where these files are stored, follow this directory (assuming you're using Windows):
[Your Hard Drive] > Program Files or Programs (x86) > Steam > steamapps > [Steam Username] > garrysmod > garrysmod > addons

I tried deleting the .gma file from my addon folder but the muscle arms are still on the standard pyro. I don't understand.

It may be other mods. I tried this mod out already, seems fine to me. It's probably another mod.

Try Verifying the game Cache. This helped me with a physgun model. If that doesnt work then i don't have any other solutions.
To Verify the game cache:
All operating systems - Verify integrity of game cache
Load Steam.
From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
