Changing some settings
Does anyone know where the blacklist for the normal medpod is as i would like to edit it?

I dont know if it is a good solution but, for example, in my case i want to cure androids (android tiers) on medpod so I delete Patches_AndroidTiers from

steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2153065191\Common\Patches

so i suposse that if you want to use it to other mod you have to delete this .xml file

I don't recommend directly editing the mod files, as your changes will be lost whenever I publish updates.

Instead, I recommend consulting the following guide on the wiki, and learning how to write your own XPath patches:
