Possibly a simple hat addon that requires this where you can buy prop hats? Maybe a system where weapons, props, and vehicles must be purchased with wallet from the spawn menu as well?

I like the idea of Wiremod compatibility. I'm not entirely sure how I'd do that AND make it unabusable. I'll do some thinking.
