a reason to use octavia again
as fun as she is i cant get behind any of the fashion on her and by god you've done it Hitsu! your skins are always a godsend

This is an interesting topic cause the bard figure was much more prevalent in medieval European history, therefore i used the goat as a key animal which is a very common folklore chimerical animal and gave her a medieval knight vibe. So she's not an original yokai but i've used the same exact parameters to make her a skin that fit the theme and the warframe using a different culture as inspiration :)

Also, my brain read "Goat" and "Bard" within the same sentence and it understood "Satyr" :P
