Networking Error when trying to host a server

Still not able to host even after new update-

Persistent Network error

- set a fixed ip 192.168.0.150 on my pc
- Disabled Windows Firewall
- Disabled Antivirus software
- Added several port ranges in ipv4 port forwarding

However from the moment I click create server it says:
"Networking error. The requested address is not valid in its context."

Any suggestions?
- Windows V1909 with .net 4.8

Thank you for reaching out.

Seems like you're trying to bind to an invalid address; i.e. the address given is not used by any network interface on your machine. Could you add me in private and send me a picture of your ipconfig?
