"Speak" command...
This addon has a command that allows you or your teammates to say a voiceline that you can specify, But i forgot it, It was something like this:

"scripted_user_func speak,coach,taunt9.wav"

I remember using it some years ago, But i forgot it and it doesn't appear in the guide...

If you go to my mod:

You will see that in the section: "Admin Menu" > "Survivors Commands" > "Next" > "Fun Commands" > "Speak". There you will have each dialogue that is repeated for each survivors. This is not like a vocalizer, that is, you choose the name of the file and put it with the speak command.

You can find the audio files of each survivors in the "Left 4 Dead 2 / left4dead2 / sound / survivors" folder.
