If you have been using my mod Admin Menu. I have done an update a few months ago, I have replaced the "crawling" with "god mode". But the "Cvars Commands" section is available in both my mod admin menu and the rest of the admin menus.
Now if you ask us to add more cvars commands in the admin menu, it would be a mess. Since it would be many things and the menu would become more confusing and complicated. That's why it's shorter and with more important and useful commands that people use many times or always.
If you want to add more cvars commands to modify the game either to improve your gameplay or make it fun or challenge. Here is a list of all the cvars commands:

And last part. The command "sv_consistency 0" you do not have to write in the chatbox, you simply write it inside the console or if you have an autoexec file. This command allows you to avoid automatically kicked players when you are using local server with mods.
