I did one as the UK, on historical, with Germany and Japan boosted half way up.

Everything went as normal in the early game, with the occasional country falling to the Cultists, including India, from under me.

Then in 1940, everything goes to ♥♥♥♥. The Big Green Blob now covers south Asia, along with South East Europe, from Yugoslavia to Guanxi. China did not fall for a whole year, and was fighting on two fronts, against the ♥♥♥♥ and the Cultists.

Meanwhile I fought the Italians off Africa.

The rest of the Axis had nothing better to do than fight off the Cultists in Europa, which they did quite quickly. The Soviets had been skirmishing with them, but now the Bear was poked and they got to killing, and are currently murdering their way into Iran.

What is probably most interesting was South America. It almost all fell to the Cultists.
This meant that USA that came in early, was busy fighting off and retaking Dutch and British Colonies there, and will probably be for a while. You so seldomly see fighting there, so its refreshing to see fighting that mattered there.

I did not delve too much into the Occult itself, lest the Supression Bureau get me, but it looked to me as a lovely slippery slope :)

So currently, the Cultists are losing, and will be wiped off Asia in a year, probably.
South america will take time, but eventually, they will fall.

Overall, the cultists were quite strong, and did provide attacks from oblique angles. The world is properly in chaos once they attack, but since they attack everyone, Both Japan and the Soviets are now focusing them down.

The buff that they get is of course very powerful, but it did not make them utterly imba.

had a game has germany pretty normal except the spainsh civil war where i was surporting the nationalist but then the carlist rose up which meant that my voulenterrs to spain were coming back home

however mot spanish factions were getting more pop to cultist so i decied to support the repulicans who had no cultist pop but were about to lose i somehow turn the civil war around and made the reubpicans win

by 1939 i had avoided war but now poland danzing or war instead to avoid war i did danzig for slovakia which then i somehow got away with belguim but being unable to make a proper breakthrough since they had 23 dvsions i went through luxenbourg which made me go to war with britain

i overwhemled belguim through luxenbourg next i invaded the dutch which put me at war with france which i then attempted to beat france which almost worked but before i could get to paris they halted me my tanks made a breakthrough which i got paris france surrneder now cultist had taken over yugo and romaina

i soon went to war with yugo which was tough since they had lots of cultist bounses but i beat yugo as for romania they were at war with russia so beat yugo within 3-4 months then fought in greece since they fell to cultist which i gave up in the cultist also held india but they were being beten by afganstan who was in the faction the end.

I've played a pretty standard game as Democratic Spain, but nothing too interesting happened. Was just a Three Way WW2. However, I'm planning a Non-Historical game, as Romania (going Balkans Dominance) with not just Cthulhu, but also the Infection and Wolfenstein mods. I'm just... curious, as to where this might go.

I was playing Japan so at first things go normally, other than I do my usual cheese by joining Axis temporarily then declaring war on Netherlands to take Dutch East Indies and Curacao for fuel. I conquered China as usual but I didn't create any puppet because I know what is going on. Tibet and the South Asian countries gets subverted but no war yet. I have Fascist politician on duty to prevent getting subverted myself.

Then ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan, Canada and USA gets subverted and world tension hits 100 that I have to fend off insane number of submarines. I finished off Tibet and Nepal quickly and Raj took out Bhutan, but then they get subverted themselves which allowed me to conquer them without getting into war with the Allies.
