Has anyone thought about reworking Weihaiwei? I have two concerns

1: When China was finally united in 1949 the Communist regime shortened the name to Weihai. So possibly there could be a decision where if you have united China and control Weihaiwei you can do the same.

2:Weihaiwei was only a leased territory. In real life it was handed over to the chinese(Forgot which faction) on October 1st 1930. So possibly if you united China you could also ask for it to be transfered.

I played as the Chinese National Government and after nearly completing the Northern Expedition, or I think it's once you control Shandong and are the official government of China, you can request it by late 1929.
