Where to get Uphone and Gyroscope?

Like I found defibrilator batteries at the hospital, but I cannot for the life of me find either of the other unique parts of the components.

both item WILL spawn in the deadzone. you only really need the green card and the north and south tunnel cards. the gas mask is RNG

Uphone can be found in texh stores (Gamestart and Hardware store)
Gyroscope spawns in mines and the construction site
