The Elver map uses a ton of proprietary items with separate IDs, which means that most mods do not recognise the item. Because of this, I can't craft anything from my mods.

I'm a modded player, and not being able to craft anything from the mods I have is a bit frustrating. It's not like I can wait for every single modder to update their mods to support this.
