Ranger Nightvision
One of the NPC's buys the ranger nightvison, but I have never seen it spawn anywhere. A nice look through the game files seems to show the zombies in Ghost Valley have a very rare chance to drop it. Is there any other way to get it, and is it worth it? I find military nightvision isn't that hard to get.
