Please allow static duration .3, .35, .4, .45, no one needs 2.0 seconds

I find 0.25 static duration to be very hard, but 0.5 is kind of easy. I want to set static duration to like 0.4, or 0.35. Get rid of the options above 0.75 instead. Who needs that?
