In theory they work, unless you use advanced GEAR.

Same for the CD player. Listen to music while it's on the belt?

Also instead of the flashlight simply working while attached the character should equip it in secondary.

Please attach the lead pipe, metal pipe, or metal bar to the belt.

Quiver should accept only Arrows from Bow and Arrow mod and also maybe Crossbow blots from Kitsunes Crossbow mod
