Floating Structures?

Last playthrough I used SF and S+ for my building mods, I remember with the INI I was able to get the SF to place anywhere in the air just like S+ with NoFoundationRequired=True It works for S+ foundations but sadly not SF. Is there anyway I could get S+ To treat the SF structures as the same?
