I dont see why not, however if both mods modify the same asset I do not know which one will take priority.

It modifies player ship speed and deck gun ammunition to make the u-boat stronger and faster than it is depending on sea conditions, so the u-boat wont always be faster. I tested it without this mod and the u-boat hit 25 knots in calm seas and in heavy seas with some water in the boat and loaded i barely managed to hit 18 knots

i cant use the tdc mods stopwatch with uboat expanded?

I keep getting glitches where when I am resupplying the boat the images keep sticking to the screen and will not come off unless I restart.
I also use the Real Navigation, Custom Actions, and Compass Navigation Mods.

Yes, that is a GPU cache or game cache issue.

There is probably an error occurring somewhere else and related to cache.

However, please note that real navigation removes rendering aspects and this could interfere with cache.

Right click on the stopwatch button (near the time compression buttons) - This resets the stopwatch location UI position (it seems that the stopwatch position is somewhere off screen... or it was to me)

Also those two mods only seem to work if they are placed in the mod list BELOW UBE:
- Engine Control V2
- UBOAT SOP: Leave Port Button
