Baby Otters
They only eat fish, but when they do, they take damage and very high chance of dyeing.

This a bug?

If they eat it, they get damaged 5hp, if force feed, they get damaged 20hp
So if they are hungry and give them food, they will kill themselves when they eat a lot at once

Cured otters experiencing violent IBS when consuming their favorite raw fish! They should no longer lose health when eating their favored snacks. Thanks to Fyr for reporting this bug.
