Can't figure out how to make torches

Hey
I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but I can't make torches (or campfire or tent or compost bin) It just says I have to have the engram unlocked to make them. I'm playing single player with structures plus, platforms plus and auto unlock engrams enabled. Can some one shed some light to this matter?

Really nice mod :)

Mindwipe fixes most of them, but still stupid that the last ark patch broken them
