Salmon Roe
I've harvest dozens of salmon and have yet to have any Salmon Roe drop. I've tried with axe, pick, pike and a tame pelagornis.

Am I missing something?

is the mod the first in the load order?

You have to grab it from their inventory and it's not a guaranteed drop, but as long as your dino's victim item collection is on it should grab it from them into your dino's inventory.
But I would definitely check mod load order too.

you can only get it from females, I've harvested it with a theri before so you may be unlucky and is only getting males
