Icthyosaurus?

How do you tame them? They do not have torpor, yet it says "Tamable(KO)". There are no babies, no eggs, how??

every once in a while when i was swimming around i would find a baby dolphin. they are pretty rare as i have only found them on the center

You have to find baby Ichy's and you sneak up on them and tame them with kibble. When you get close it will tell you what kind of kibble you need.
