A bit Less Killy Stamina Drain - And Crafting Speed?
How do I configure it so it's not assassinating us to just run a few blocks from a Dino? :D

I just added a multiplier for stamina and crafting speed, so they are still hard but when you put points into them, you get more

Server or single player?

If single player, you could just disable the stamina nerf instead if you prefer?

For single player changes, edit your GameUserSettings.ini found at
"Steam\SteamApps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\"

Add the following

[TheHunted]
EnableVanillaStaminaRegen=True
