In the Jan 35 update it says: "Fixed missing Stego Saddle and updated to align with TLC #3 Content." I don't know if that means this is a know bug or not, but I used one of my two stegos to gather berries yesterday. I (accidentally) updated today and when I loaded in neither stego had a saddle, and I found none in their inventories.
