Basically it is as follows:
Tier 1, 2 and 3 implants drop from blue and purple beacons with a higher weight for 1 on blue and a higher weight for 3 on purple, 2 is the middle weight on both.
Tier 4, 5 and 6 implants drop from yellow and red beacons with a higher weight for 4 on yellow and a higher weight for 6 on red, 5 is the middle weight on both.
I also divided up some armor and weapon and tool drops, no junk drops or useless blueprints or structure pieces or ammo.
Adjust as you see fit.
We also play with a quality multiplier of 1.65, I find it gives a nice balance.
