Prevent hostiles from killmoving
If i go anywhere near a hostile npc (even if disable thinking or ignore players is enabled) they instantly killmove me. Ive tried turning off killmove at any time, but it doesnt effect them. The only time i am able to use the killmoves is on none hostile npc's. I dont know if its some other addon i installed, but is there a way to turn this off?

NPCs shouldn't be able to killmove players so I don't know what kind of issue you're having here

it was because i had another addon, 'NPC Executions', but i thought it was related to the BSMOD
