If I add custom KillMoves, will it choose random KillMove or what?

Sorry if I'm late, just doing some discussions cleanup but anyways. It actually depends which custom killmove addons you have, some won't work with eachother and I'm hoping to make a better more mod friendly system for custom killmoves in the future so they don't conflict
