Ok so i posted this in the comment section...and then i found this... stupid me i know.

''So i downloaded the 3rdperson part and its crap(imo) and i wanna get back to the old orig TP but unchecking the mod does ♥♥♥♥ all.

Since i doubt deleting it would have a diff effect. Is there a way to reset the values for basic 3rdperson?

PS: iv uninstalled and reinstalled the hole game that didnt work. Talk about pain in the ♥♥♥... all 15Gigs of it.''

I just want the old thirdperson back and its broken crosshair.

first go to SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons and make sure there's no third person addons, then launch your game, options>controls>default, restart your game.

Oops i actualy got this question answerd short while ago. All i needed to do was wipe my .cfg file.

Thx anyway.
Ill close this thread shortly so its not just sitting here cluttering the world of steam.
