Its called discontent, whenever doing economy stuff, make sure you make sure discontent doesnt tick up.

Seems to be broken. With all sliders at 100%, discontent still ticks up. Makes the mod unplayable atm

So let me explain. If your economy maintainence isnt below 15% ur good. And if u have a war make sure u have good army maintainence and make it quick. If the discontent ticker reaches about more than 50%, then ur gonna get events like peasent uprisings and such. Theres no way to reduce the ticker at that point. U need to start a civil war and win and then it resets

i quit this mod cus of that and played a 1600s mod instead
