Is there a way to make all "degrees of passion"/"Interests" available on every skill
Is there a way to bypass this "Note that not every skill is eligible for every interest, and some interests can only appear on a colonist a certain number of times. This is not a bug."

I tried to use this mod with Prepare Carefully and I'm not able to select the desired passion/interest for some certain skills.

@Alpha Omega Not in the settings. You can edit the XMLs or create a patch, but note that some of the interests are restricted for technical reasons (for instance, there has to be an associated job coded to "use" the particular skill for Invigorating to work, so it wouldn't even do anything if you added it to, say, Shooting).
