just use your prefered graphics program and make a new image complaints.png with the new size and copy the old grapics inside
or you resize the old image, but make sure that the content doesn't get resized to the new area ...
BTW the png background is transparent!
I dare not to upload just a fixed mod, because this could maybe cause some copyright issues ...

Mods are not copyrighted, my dude. This mod has been abandoned by its creator, as far as I know, so feel free to make your own updated version of this mod under a different name. Just be sure to credit the original and you'll be fine.

There are now 20 needs in the standart style. The developers changed the complaints.png now there are 2 rows. I have merged the old file from the mod and the new bigger file. I do not have clear icons for luxuries and warmth.
I had to change the complaints.spritebank to match the new positions. you replace the old files with the new ones and will get the full old clear needs icons and two new ones(from the standart style) .
When someone needs the two files:
