Here's a solution came up by TwoSepteR, ROBET and [T3]RhOmicron (and anyone else who I haven't seen).

These chads have posted the solution in the comments, but comments get buried in by newer comments and will be forgotten. I'm posting it here to make sure everyone can find it without having to search multiple pages of comments.


Solution:
It's easy, we get the error that the Threshold isn't 75. It's 1 by default, and we just have to open a txt file and change that 1 to 75.

1. Go to: C:\User\AppData\Daedalic Entertainment GmbH\Barotrauma\WorkshopMods\Installed\2085783214

2. Open Affictions.xml with notepad or any text editor.

If your note editor shows the line number, go to line 852.
If not, ctrl + f and find "helmetbreaking".

3. Change the value of "transitionthreshold" from 1 to 75


Save, restart Barotrauma and everything will work.
