I recently got back into Space Engineers after years of hiatus and I'm still learning everything.
I'm more of an architect so I don't operate with many scripts or menus. My other friends do that.
We have your missile custom modified to bombard whatever it is we shoot, HOWEVER...
We're using a VERY massive ship to deploy these missiles and thus, we are ALSO trying to rebuild them via printers on the fly. My engineer friend is telling me that he could rebuild them yes, but if we're operating it from a remote turret, apparently you have to "recompile" it & drag certain functions down to your hot bar with every missile? I hope I'm repeating this right because I didn't understand what he was trying to explain to me, but I can SHOW you how I'd like the missile to function aboard our ship. When we finish this thing, I'll be covering it with a YouTube video and featuring all the mods I've used (including yours.) Its a "Warframe Railjack Replica" btw.

now just write "Missile Safety" somewhere in your ship's block's data (a seat for example) so I think you will be able to build them with welder and just launch them by turning off the ship merge block, (the refuel wing allow you to send hydrogen in the missile without been fixed to the ship (work only if connected with merge block and if there are a conveyor in front of this refuel wing))
