I can't post in comments since I own the game on GOG.
When using this with Vanilla UI Expanded it fails to reliably find items that have been grouped together in grids. If you do find such an item it's unlikely you can click on it since it'll jump around all over the place.

It'd be awesome if this could support Vanilla UI Expanded by finding and "extracting" these items from the gird structure, displaying them as it does with the default UI.
